Table 1.2 displays the flow ranges of Coriolis mass flow meters with accuracy ratings of ±0.1%, ±0.2%, and ±0.5%. It is important to note that normal operation of Coriolis gas flow meters is guaranteed within the full flow range specified in Table 1.2.
Exceeding the upper limit of the full flow range on a Coriolis mass flow controller will cause the device to operate outside of its specifications.
Each medium has unique parameters that determine the lower limit of its full measuring flow range, and it is crucial to specify this in the order. Usually, the turndown ratio is around 10:1, which means that the maximum flow rate is ten times higher than the minimum flow rate.
